BOCA RATON, FL — Dr. Curtis Calabrese, candidate for Palm Beach County Commissioner, District 4, announced a broad coalition of endorsements from veterans organizations, labor leaders, civil rights advocates, and current and former elected officials backing his campaign for Palm Beach County Commission.

The growing list of supporters includes national and statewide organizations, local leaders, and respected public servants who are backing Calabrese’s campaign to bring disciplined, service-driven leadership to county government.

Calabrese has been endorsed by VoteVets, New Politics, Equality Florida, the Palm Beach-Treasure Coast AFL-CIO, Palm Beach County Classroom Teachers Association, Veterans for Responsible Leadership, and Florida Veterans for Common Sense.

He has also earned support from U.S. Congresswoman Lois Frankel, Florida State Senator Lori Berman, Florida State Senator Tina Polsky, Florida State Representative Emily Gregory, Florida State Representative Kelly Skidmore, Lake Worth Beach Mayor Betty Resch, Fort Lauderdale Commissioner Steven Glassman, former State Representative Katherine Waldron, former Boynton Beach Mayor Ty Penserga, former Boca Raton Deputy Mayor Constance Scott, and Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman.

“I’m proud to endorse Dr. Curtis Calabrese for Palm Beach County Commissioner, District 4,” said U.S. Congresswoman Lois Frankel. “Curtis brings a rare combination of character, experience, and a deep commitment to service.”

“At a time when families are concerned about affordability, traffic, infrastructure, and growth, we need leaders who put people over politics,” Frankel added. “Curtis has the integrity, judgment, and courage to do just that.”

“This coalition reflects exactly what this campaign is about: service, integrity, and a serious commitment to the future of Palm Beach County,” Calabrese said. “I am honored to have the support of veterans, working families, civil rights leaders, and public servants who understand that local government has real consequences for our neighborhoods, our economy, our infrastructure, and our quality of life.”

The endorsements add to the momentum behind Calabrese’s campaign as he works to build a broad coalition across District 4 and Palm Beach County. His campaign is focused on protecting quality of life, strengthening public safety, supporting responsible growth, improving local infrastructure, defending civil rights, and ensuring county government remains accountable to the residents it serves.

A Boca Raton native, Navy veteran, airline captain, aviation safety leader, and university professor, Calabrese is running to bring a resident-first approach to the Palm Beach County Commission.

“Palm Beach County deserves leadership that is prepared, principled, and willing to do the work,” Calabrese said. “I grew up here. This is home. I am running because I believe our county’s future must be protected with discipline, transparency, and a deep commitment to public service.”
